The Board of Trustees is responsible for the following functions:

  • Setting high-level policy and strategy on learning, teaching, and curriculum development.
  • Approving the award of degrees and other qualifications in the university.
  • Maintaining the academic standards of the university's awards.
  • In charge of disciplining students.
